Return & Refund Policy – ASJewellers.pk

At ASJewellers.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering quality products, but if something doesn’t go as expected, we’re here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong item or damaged product.

  • You received an incomplete order (missing items).

  • The item is defective or broken upon delivery.

Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preferences after the order is delivered.

2. Return Timeframe

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Returns must be requested and shipped back within 5 days of delivery.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with:

    • Order number

    • Pictures or videos showing the issue

  2. Our customer service team will verify your complaint.

  3. If approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

4. Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Tags, accessories, or free gifts (if any) must be returned along with the product.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed:

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash (as per your preference).

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after return approval.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless we made a mistake with your order.

6. Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it (subject to availability). If the item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

7. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry

  • Items purchased on clearance/sale (unless defective)

  • Orders that have been worn or altered after delivery
